Custom Color Formulations

Rutland offers two color mixing systems: M3 and C3. The M3 finished ink color mixing system is Rutland’s most popular mixing system, with all primary ink colors Pantone® licensed. This high performance, low-tack plastisol color mixing system is designed for printing onto 100% cotton fabrics. M3 is an excellent system for printing on poly/ cotton blends when using a low-bleed underlay white.

Rutland's C3 Color Booster System consists of curable color concentrates that were developed to work with a variety of bases. Rutland C3 is a highly accurate color system with thousands of Pantone approved color formulas available in the IMS 3.0 color matching software.

These color mixing systems may help printers to lower cost and increase production by using and storing less ink and creating unique batches of custom colors in specific quantities. Both systems work very well for any type of printer, automatic or manual, big or small.
